The soundtrack for the 2016 South African Social Event, Last Sundaes, based on a simple idea "Cocktails & Cool Art" featuring original songs written & songs performed at Last Sundaes. The brands's soundtrack features an array of artists, including Ancient Healer, Fortune Sublime, Thabiso Thabthe, Panel, Johnny Basz,Tailor Madee and FionaRee.
Fortune decided to produce a full curated soundtrack album to embody the events feel rather than just the few songs. Because of the HOV's set release schedule, the artists had less time to work on their contributions than they usually would. Fortune began compiling the individual songs in collaboration with many different artists. Fortune felt the album became its own piece of art rather than just a tie-in to the Event.
